About The Owner's Clipboard

The Owner's Clipboard is a small template shop. We make printable forms and Excel/Google Sheets templates for people who run service businesses on their own: pet sitters and dog walkers, house cleaners, and home bakers.

How this site makes money

The guides are free. Each section links to a free download and to paid templates sold through our Gumroad shop (trm161.gumroad.com). When you buy a template, we earn the sale. We don't run ads or use affiliate links.

How the content is made

Guides and templates are produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed before publishing. The numbers in worked examples are illustrative and use example prices. Please use your own figures.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, veterinary or food-safety advice. Agreement templates are starting points; have them checked for where you work, and follow your local rules (for example, cottage-food labeling).
